• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant experience in manufacturing or production operations will have an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of production planning, inventory management, quality assurance, and food safety practices is an advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Proactive, organised, eager to learn, and able to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willing to be based at our manufacturing facility in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor daily spray drying, packing and logistics activities to achieve production targets
• Prepare work schedules and monitor production progress, dispatch activities and work-in-progress
• Ensure production processes are carried out according to established procedures and operational standards
• Monitor environmental conditions, including humidity control, to maintain product quality and integrity
• Monitor raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods inventory
• Ensure proper material handling, storage, consumption and inventory reporting
• Ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications
• Coordinate product inspections and support investigations into customer complaints
• Maintain good manufacturing practices, workplace hygiene and food safety requirements
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and report equipment or facility issues

This role involves planning, coordinating and monitoring daily spray drying, packing and logistics activities to achieve production targets. You will prepare work schedules, monitor production progress and ensure production processes are carried out according to established procedures and operational standards. You will monitor environmental conditions, including humidity control, to maintain product quality and integrity, and manage raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods inventory.

About you

Requirements & Qualifications
