The position involves field sales activities, quotation preparation, and collaboration with the Finance team on payments, with ongoing career growth and attractive salary plus commission.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of sales or marketing experience, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree in Logistics are welcome to apply.
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Aufgaben

• Identify and approach potential customers to expand the client base.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Conduct field sales activities and plan daily sales calls.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers on business opportunities.
• Submit weekly sales reports and update sales activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the Finance team on payment collection and provide after-sales support.
