Job summary

OLL LOGISTICS (M) SDN. BHD. seeks a proactive Sales/Marketing professional in Petaling Jaya to build and maintain customer relationships, respond to inquiries, and drive revenue growth in a dynamic logistics environment.

You will generate leads, provide quotations, and collaborate with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, SCM, or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in marketing and sales in international freight forwarder or logistics.
• Experience in lead generation and achieving sales targets.
• Fresh graduates welcome.

Job description

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.

Respond to shipment inquiries and provide accurate information to customers

Handle customer requests promptly and efficiently.

Resolve customer problems and complaints effectively to maintain positive relationships.

Manage special customer requests with attention to detail and follow-through.

Ensure all incoming calls are answered professionally and inquiries are addressed.

Meet or exceed assigned sales targets through proactive selling and relationship building.

Developing new customer and managing existing customers

Provide quotations for current and prospective customers while endeavoring new business opportunities.

Engage in telemarketing activities.

Collaborate seamlessly with relevant departments to ensure the fulfillment of customer requirements.

Ensure the prompt filling of CSA / DCS and negotiate with vendor (with presence of procurement team)

Submit weekly sales reports and post plans for thorough review.

Track and analyze sales performance, preparing reports and forecasts for management.

Demonstrate a proactive attitude in undertaking new assignments or handling ad hoc tasks when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

2 years of working experience in marketing and Sales roles within International Freight Forwarder or Logistics Industry.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.

Experience in lead generation, customer relationship management and achieving sales targets.
