Job summary

MEF Academy in Petaling Jaya seeks a proactive Business Development Executive to grow the client base and training enrollments. You will identify opportunities, perform lead generation via calls, emails, networking and events, and manage a sales pipeline to meet revenue and enrollment goals.

You will present MEF Academy’s offerings to clients, tailor solutions with internal teams, and nurture relationships to encourage repeat business. A diploma or degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in new business development and lead generation.
• Strong business acumen to understand client needs and align training solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in account management and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and manage a sales pipeline to meet enrollment targets.
• Conduct lead generation through calls, emails, networking, and events.
• Present MEF Academy offerings to prospective clients and tailor solutions with internal teams.
