Job summary

Carsome Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive corporate sales, onboard partners for the apprenticeship program, manage client relationships, and explore opportunities in the public sector and government domains.

You will identify new business prospects, maintain strong client relations, and contribute to the growth of our services across Southeast Asia, including on-boarding and ongoing engagement with partners and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Proven experience in corporate sales and account management.
• Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Results-oriented with aggressive targets.
• Experience in Training and Automotive industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive corporate sales and engagement, building a strong sales pipeline.
• Manage entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Collaborate with marketing to create effective sales materials and campaigns.
• Conduct presentations and pitches to potential clients.
• Source opportunities from open market to meet client needs.
• Identify, acquire and manage industry, strategic and project partners.
• Oversee partner onboarding and end-to-end relationship management.
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
• Serve as main point of contact and coordinate internal teams to deliver services.
• Monitor key account metrics and report to stakeholders.
• Collaborate on project timelines to ensure successful delivery.
• Engage with public sector organizations and participate in tenders and proposals.
