Job summary

Private Advertiser in Johor Bahru is seeking a sales-focused professional to identify and connect with B2B clients, contractors and industry partners. You will manage cold outreach, present product solutions, and maintain a proactive sales pipeline to convert leads into closed deals.

You will build strong client relationships, secure repeat business, and gather market feedback to help shape offerings. Fresh graduates with drive are welcome, with base salary plus commission.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, engineering or related fields.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Fresh graduates with strong sales drive are welcome.
• MEP / Data Centers / Load Bank Testing knowledge is an added advantage.
• Strong follow-through and resilience against rejection.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English.
• Mandarin or Bahasa Melayu is a strong advantage.
