Job summary

Persflor Sdn Bhd, a group of specialist contracting companies in building materials supply and installation, invites a dynamic Sales & Marketing professional to drive new business growth and manage client relationships.

You will identify opportunities, develop selling strategies, coordinate with internal teams, and lead efforts to meet monthly targets through networking, calls, and site visits. Fluency in English, Malay, and Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business or Marketing is required.
• At least 3 years' experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
• Own transport and good networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential business opportunities for Company.
• Develop and formulate effective selling strategies and marketing plans.

• Promote, market and sell Company’s range of products to clients, consultants, architects, designers and etc.
• Develop, nurture and maintain good business relationship with all business associates.

Key Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Business or Marketing
• with at least 3 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing.
• A high level of commitment, initiative and leadership.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to engage in various levels of organization.
• Strong communication skill, both oral & written in English, Malay & Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Knowledge in Excel, Word etc an added advantage.
• Possess own transport
