Job summary

Flex Precision Manufacturing in Sekudai, Johor is seeking a Business Development professional to develop new clients and expand the market for sheet metal and CNC machining services in Malaysia.

The role requires 1+ year in BD within sheet metal or machining manufacturing, with strong English and Mandarin communication. Malay skills are a plus. The candidate will work on-site in Johor, coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs and contribute to revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing or related fields.
• At least 1 year of business development experience in sheet metal or machining manufacturing industry.
• Familiar with Malaysia's local manufacturing market; customer resources are preferred.
• Experience in medical device or semiconductor industry exhibitions is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and business development skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; Malay is a plus.
