Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced CNC Technician to operate and service CNC milling and turning machines. You will support customers with technical guidance, set up equipment at client sites, and help the sales team meet targets.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Precision Machining or equivalent, with 4-5 years of CNC experience and strong English communication for overseas customers. This role offers growth opportunities and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical qualification in Precision Machining or equivalent.
• 4-5 years of CNC machine working experience.
• Ability to operate CNC milling and turning lathe machines.
• Fluent English to communicate with overseas customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and advise customers on operating and maintaining machines.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors and dealers.
• Collaborate with sales to achieve targets.
• Set up and commission CNC Mill and CNC Turn machines at customer sites.
• Perform CNC programming and read technical drawings.
• Troubleshoot machine breakdowns.
• Train customers on machine usage.

• Setup and Commission CNC Mill, CNC Turn machines at customer’s place
• Able to perform CNC programming and interpret technical drawing
• Troubleshoot machine breakdown
• Training customers on how to use machines
• To fulfil and achieve the ad-hoc duties duly assigned by superior
