Qualifications

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Kulim. The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding existing customer relationships, and supporting revenue growth across key industry segments. Daily activities include market research, lead generation, customer outreach, preparation of proposals and quotations, and coordination of presentations and negotiations. The role involves close collaboration with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to tailor solutions, ensure feasibility of customer requirements, and support smooth project delivery. The Business Development Manager is also expected to monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic planning and contribute to long‑term business goals.
