Job summary

Mechmodule Technology Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead growth and expand the customer base across manufacturing, machining, fabrication, automation, and related industries.

You will identify opportunities, build strong relationships with customers and partners, understand requirements, prepare proposals and forecasts, and coordinate with engineering and production teams to deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth, particularly within the manufacturing, machining, fabrication, automation, and related industries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, new customers, and strategic business partners
• Understand customers' requirements and work closely with internal teams to provide suitable solutions and quotations
• Promote the company's manufacturing capabilities, including machining, fabrication, assembly, and related engineering services
• Conduct customer visits, business presentations, meetings, and follow-ups
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, sales forecasts, and regular management reports
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities
• Work closely with the Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Management teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled
