Job summary

Flex Precision Manufacturing in Sekudai, Johor is seeking a driven business development professional to grow our sheet metal and precision machining services in Malaysia. You will maintain key client relationships, follow up project requirements and technical communications, promote our solutions, prepare quotations and negotiate contracts.

Fluent in English and Mandarin; Malay is a plus. You will coordinate with engineering, production and quality teams to support order execution and achieve

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related fields.
• 1+ years of business development or sales experience in sheet metal, machining or precision manufacturing.
• Understanding of engineering drawings, manufacturing processes and technical specifications.
• Experience in medical or semiconductor exhibitions preferred.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; Malay language ability a plus; Mandarin-speaking for Mandarin-speaking customers.

4.Candidates with experience in medical or semiconductor industry exhibitions are highly preferred.

5.Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills.

6.Proactive, result-oriented, able to work independently and under pressure.

7.Fluent in English and Mandarin; Malay language ability is a plus. We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
