Job summary

Gard Inc Sdn Bhd. is seeking a role to generate new business opportunities and support the Project Sales team. You will connect with architects, developers, consultants, contractors, and project owners to promote Airegard products and follow up on ARCHIDEX leads.

The position focuses on identifying upcoming projects, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to sales growth in Bandar Sungai Long, Selangor and surrounding markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, civil engineering, or architecture.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, specification sales, or project sales.
• Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and identify potential projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, developers, consultants, contractors and project owners.
• Follow up on leads from events and marketing activities.
• Arrange and conduct product presentations and meetings with clients.
• Promote Airegard products to increase brand awareness and opportunities.
• Support the Project Sales team in securing new projects and meeting targets.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates on opportunities and feedback.
• Gather market and competitor information to identify new business opportunities.
• Assist in organizing product training, customer events, and marketing activities.
• Prepare customer visit reports and maintain accurate project information.
