Job summary

Vitally Industries Sdn Bhd is actively seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive product specification into architectural designs and facade engineering plans. You will influence decision-making at the design stage and serve as a technical consultant and brand ambassador to architects, consultants, and engineers.

The role emphasizes early engagement, technical presentations, and accurate specification writing, with travel within Selangor and beyond and a focus on building

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or Business/Marketing.
• 2–5 years of technical sales, specification sales, or business development in construction/building materials.
• Strong understanding of the construction design process, tendering, and facade systems.
• Existing network of architectural and facade consultancy contacts in Selangor is desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; able to explain complex technical concepts.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within Selangor and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage architects, facade consultants, and design firms at concept and schematic design stages.
• Conduct CPD seminars, Lunch and Learn sessions, and technical presentations to design teams.
• Assist architects in writing and updating specifications to include our products in tender documents.
• Work with facade consultants to ensure our systems are approved for complex facade designs.
• Ensure smooth handover of specified projects to Sales for pricing and order fulfillment.
