Job summary

Gard Inc. Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of air ventilation and related products, is seeking an In-Store Execution & Visual Merchandising specialist in Selangor.

You will plan and execute marketing campaigns for trade and retail channels, deploy POSM, displays, and bunting across dealer outlets, and ensure guidelines are followed. You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing, coordinate events and roadshows, conduct on-floor product knowledge briefings for staff, build relationships with dealers

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, merchandising, sales support, or a related field.
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and reporting to evaluate activation performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Ability to plan and coordinate events, promotions, and campaigns, including on-site execution and stakeholder engagement.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to work on-site in Selangor and travel locally for meetings, events, and market visits as needed.

Responsibilities

• In-Store Execution & Visual Merchandising: Assist in planning and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns for trade and retail channels; Deploy, install, and maintain POSM, displays, and bunting stands across dealer outlets; Ensure visual merchandising guidelines are followed and Gard Inc products are prominently displayed and functioning correctly.
• Exhibitions, Roadshows & Trade Shows: Execute localized dealer events, roadshows, and product demonstrations to drive end-user engagement and sell-through; Coordinate logistics for event setups; conduct post‑event reviews to evaluate effectiveness and improvement opportunities.
• Provide basic on-the-floor product knowledge briefings for retail dealer staff to ensure they can confidently pitch our products; Build and maintain professional relationships with end users, dealers, vendors, suppliers, agencies, and internal teams; Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align trade execution with overall brand strategy.

Job Description

In-Store Execution & Visual Merchandising
