Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales or a related role within the manufacturing, construction, plumbing, building materials or engineering industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and results-oriented.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, plumbers, distributors and key stakeholders.
• Conduct product presentations, technical briefings and meetings with clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and follow up on sales enquiries.
• Attend site visits, project meetings and industry events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and upcoming projects.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities and product campaigns.
• Negotiate and close deals while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and market feedback.
