PINNACLE GROUP SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Property Management Manager / Building Manager to oversee operations and maintenance of commercial properties in Klang Valley.

You will manage budgeting, CAPEX, vendor contracts, lease administration, and ensure compliance with safety and real estate regulations. The role requires minimum 5 years in property management, a relevant degree or diploma, and a valid BOVAEP Malaysia license.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in property management
• Active, valid BOVAEP Malaysia license as Registered Property Manager
• Degree, diploma, or professional qualification in Property Management or related discipline
• Strong knowledge of building operations, maintenance, and project management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Mansioni

• Budget annual operating and CAPEX budgets for the portfolio.
• Supervise rent collection, maintenance fees, and sinking funds collection.
• Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with service providers.
• Oversee building operations, maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety laws, building codes, and OSH standards.
• Provide lease management and tenancy administration guidance.
• Analyse market trends to enhance property value.
• Lead and develop the property management team.
