Job summary

PVG Property Management Sdn Bhd. is seeking a dedicated candidate to support Klang Valley property management operations on a contract basis. The role focuses on administering budgeted costs for various JMBs/MCs and assisting in tenancy-related documentation and renewals.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in a relevant discipline, at least 2 years in high-rise property management, and strong English/Bahasa Malaysia communication. Own transport is preferred.

Qualifications

Diploma in a relevant discipline is required.
At least 2 years of experience in high-rise residential/commercial property management; fresh graduates welcome.
Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
Own transport is required.

Responsibilities

Administer and monitor budgeted cost perimeters for JMBs/MCs/completed strata properties.
Monitor and coordinate collection of overdue debts.
Liaise with owners/tenants on queries/complaints and ensure satisfactory outcomes.
Assist in preparing service contracts, new appointments and renewals.
Assist in managing strata properties per house rules and bylaws.
Provide management support and leadership for MCs clerks/building technicians.
Prepare correspondences or letters writing.
Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
