Job summary

Perbadanan Pengurusan Dua Sentral is seeking an experienced Building Executive in Kuala Lumpur to oversee daily operations and maintenance of buildings. You will coordinate with contractors, conduct inspections, ensure regulatory compliance, and support tenant communications to maintain high service levels.

The role requires 3–5 years in building/facilities management, strong knowledge of building systems, and proficient MS Office skills. English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in building management, facilities management, or body corporate administration.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and facilities management operations.
• Good understanding of building maintenance and contractor coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good follow-up and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security).
• Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate with contractors for timely repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Conduct regular building inspections to identify issues, safety hazards, and improvement areas.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Manage tenant communications and respond to maintenance requests promptly.
• Prepare and maintain building documentation, including logs and compliance records.
• Assist with budget management and cost control for maintenance and operations.
• Coordinate emergency response procedures and maintain building security protocols.
• Liaise with property management teams and senior facilities staff on operational matters.
