Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building management & maintenance.
• Monitor and supervise contractors to ensure quality service.
• Manage and maintain common areas in good condition.
• Handle complaints, repairs, and breakdowns efficiently.
• Liaise with tenants, owners, and contractors.
• Invite and evaluate quotations for services/repairs.
• Ensure compliance with building rules & regulations.
• Manage owners’ records, accounts, and related documents.
• Assist in preparation for inspections, meetings, AGM/EGM and other management activities.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by the Building Manager, Property Manager or Management Committee.
