Job summary

Twin City Management Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Building Manager to oversee daily operations of high-rise facilities, including maintenance, security, housekeeping and safety compliance.

You will lead service providers, manage tenant relations, conduct inspections, monitor budgets and ensure regulatory adherence, delivering reliable building performance. This on-site role requires 3–5 years in the field and strong knowledge of building systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building/facility management.
• Strong understanding of building systems and maintenance practices.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
