Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Condominium/Strata Property Management.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of the property.
• Attend to enquiries, complaints, and requests from residents, owners and tenants promptly.
• Coordinate and monitor performance of contractors, service providers and maintenance teams.
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas, facilities and building services.
• Prepare management reports, incident reports and meeting minutes.
• Assist in organizing Management Committee and AGM meetings.
• Ensure compliance with Strata Management Act, house rules, and regulations.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and rectification works.
• Handle administrative matters related to property management.
• Maintain records and documentation of building operations.

The successful candidate will ensure smooth building operations, maintain excellent relationships with residents, owners, tenants, contractors, and service providers, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the property.
• Attend to residents', owners', and tenants' enquiries, complaints, and requests promptly.
• Coordinate and monitor the performance of contractors, service providers, and maintenance teams.
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas, facilities, and building services.
• Prepare management reports, incident reports, and meeting minutes.
• Assist in organizing and attending Management Committee and Annual General Meetings.
• Ensure compliance with the Strata Management Act, house rules, and relevant regulations.
• Monitor building maintenance schedules and follow up on rectification works.
• Handle administrative matters related to property management.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of building operations.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Property Management, Building Management, Building Surveying or related field.
• At least 1 years of working experience in Condominium / Strata Property Management.
• Good knowledge of property management practices and building maintenance.
• Excellent written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Possess own transport will be an added advantage.
