Job summary

Kensington Strata Management Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Building Manager / Executive to oversee daily operations of strata properties in Malaysia.

You will coordinate cleaning, maintenance and repairs, supervise staff and contractors, and liaise with Management Committees. You will address occupant inquiries, ensure compliance with applicable laws and safety standards, and support budget planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in building/property management.
• Strong knowledge of building operations and maintenance.
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible and able to manage site operations independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations including cleaning, maintenance and repairs.
• Supervise staff and contractors to ensure tasks are completed to high standards.
• Address complaints from occupants and resolve issues promptly.
• Attend Management Committee meetings and report on building performance.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and safety standards.
• Schedule and oversee maintenance services, renovations or upgrades.
• Monitor building for damage and coordinate with vendors.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets for building expenses.
