Job summary

ECS Facility Management Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Supervisor- Operations to oversee daily operations and maintenance of residential and commercial properties. Qualifications

• Diploma in Property Management, Building Management or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in Condominium/Strata Property Management.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of the property.
• Attend to enquiries, complaints, and requests from residents, owners and tenants promptly.
• Coordinate and monitor performance of contractors, service providers and maintenance teams.
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas, facilities and building services.
• Prepare management reports, incident reports and meeting minutes.
• Assist in organizing Management Committee and AGM meetings.
• Ensure compliance with Strata Management Act, house rules, and regulations.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and rectification works.
• Handle administrative matters related to property management.
• Maintain records and documentation of building operations.
