Stratified Property Management Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Building Executive on a contract basis based in Kuala Lumpur City Centre. You will manage daily operations, coordinate with vendors and monitor building systems to ensure safe, efficient facilities services.

The role emphasizes maintaining high resident satisfaction, preparing reports, and supporting budget control while upholding safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management for commercial properties.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Proficiency with building management software and MS Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents, staff and contractors.
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations and compliance in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily building operations including security, maintenance and upkeep of common areas.
• Coordinate with maintenance contractors and vendors for timely repairs.
• Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire safety systems.
• Handle residents' enquiries, complaints and requests professionally.
• Prepare reports on facility condition and inspections.
• Prepare and manage building budgets and monitor expenses.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate emergency procedures and health & safety training.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and communications.
• Participate in monthly management committee meetings.
