Job summary

EP Engineering is seeking a Building Maintenance Executive in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role requires a degree or diploma in Electrical/Building Maintenance with at least 10 years of relevant experience.

You will oversee electrical systems, carpentry, and general building upkeep, manage contractors and suppliers, and handle budget planning and project management. Applicants must be bilingual (Malay & English), able to work shifts, and have a valid driving license with own transport.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Building Maintenance or equivalent.
• At least 10 years relevant working experience.
• Sound knowledge of safety and health practices, OSHA compliance.
• Solid technical knowledge in electrical systems, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Strong contractor and supplier management skills.
• Good budget planning and project management abilities.
• Must be bilingual (Malay & English).
• Able to work shifts and available on a 24-hour call basis.
• Must possess valid driving license and own transport.
