UDA Holdings Berhad, a leading Malaysian property development and management company, invites a Building Executive to join the UMD Property Management subsidiaries in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role focuses on maintaining and operating commercial and residential properties to high standards.

You will coordinate with service providers, respond to tenant requests, prepare reports, ensure compliance with laws and policies, and contribute to enhancing tenant experience and asset performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property management experience.
• Strong problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently as needed.
• Familiarity with building systems, maintenance procedures, and regulations.
• Excellent customer service orientation and tenant relationship management.
• Proficient in MS Office and property management software.
• Diploma or degree in property management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance and operations of assigned buildings, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and tenant satisfaction.
• Coordinate with service providers and contractors to schedule and monitor maintenance projects.
• Respond promptly to tenant requests and address issues professionally.
• Collaborate with the management team to enhance tenant experience and asset performance.
• Maintain accurate records related to operations, budgets, and tenant files.
• Assist in preparing monthly and annual reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
