You will coordinate with service providers, respond to tenant requests, prepare reports, ensure compliance with laws and policies, and contribute to enhancing tenant experience and asset performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property management experience.
• Strong problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently as needed.
• Familiarity with building systems, maintenance procedures, and regulations.
• Excellent customer service orientation and tenant relationship management.
• Proficient in MS Office and property management software.
• Diploma or degree in property management or related field.

As a Building Executive for the UMD Property Management subsidiaries of UDA Holdings Berhad, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of commercial and residential properties under the company's management. This full-time position is based in the vibrant city of Kuala Lumpur.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operations of assigned buildings, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and tenant satisfaction
• Coordinate with various service providers and contractors to schedule and monitor building maintenance and improvement projects
• Respond promptly to tenant requests and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the property management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall tenant experience
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to building operations, budgets, and tenant records
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual reports for management review
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies governing property management

What we’re looking for

• At least 1-2 years of experience in property management, preferably in the commercial or residential sector
• Strong problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and independently as needed
• Familiarity with building systems, maintenance procedures, and relevant regulations
• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to manage tenant relationships effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with using property management software
• A diploma or degree in a relevant field such as property management, facilities management, or real estate
