Job summary

DTL Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Store Manager for IOI Mall Puchong to oversee daily retail operations, coordinate store openings and promotions, and drive sales performance.

The role requires 2+ years of retail experience (mobile/electronics), strong English/Malay/Mandarin communication, and willingness to work six days per week. Training and career growth are offered in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM and above with 2 years working experience in retail (mobile/consumer electronics).
• Experience as store manager is preferred and encouraged.
• Able to communicate fluently in English, Malay and Mandarin; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail store operations and matters.
• Conduct store assessments and meetings with promoters; follow up with action plans for improvements or maintenance.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with Brand Store Executive.
• Ensure store activities/opening/launches align with timelines.
• Propose store enhancement initiatives to improve the consumer experience.
• Coach and provide customer service training for promoters on the ground.
• Assist in solving day-to-day operational issues raised by Brand Store Executive and HQ.
• Ensure store planograms and correspondences are executed per guidelines.
• Capture best practices across stores and brainstorm for improvements.
• Prepare proposals and reports for meetings.
• Monitor and support activities contributing to sales performance.
