Job summary

CARSOME Sdn Bhd is seeking a Branch Support Admin in Kuala Lumpur to ensure a smooth customer journey from order to delivery. You will liaise with customers, banks and internal teams, perform handovers and inspections, and coordinate inter-branch transfers. You will maintain records and support stock checks to uphold fleet standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in automotive, a valid driving license, and strong communication skills. Travel between branches is required in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Automotive industry.
• Valid driving license with clean record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide retail administrative support to complete a customer’s journey from order to delivery.
• Coordinate with customers, banks/FI and internal stakeholders to complete processes.
• Perform vehicle handovers, inspections (PDI), and maintenance/upkeep as required.
• Coordinate inter-branch vehicle transfers and logistics with the Logistics team.
• Update records in CarTracker, CarRetailer App and CMS for inbound/outbound movements.
