Job summary

Carsome Sdn Bhd is seeking a Branch Support Admin to assist the sales team and be the frontline contact for customers on products, orders and deliveries. You will coordinate with external parties for ownership transfers, manage inventory, and handle documentation and receipts.

The role requires 1–2 years of Sales Admin experience in the automotive industry, good communication and teamwork, and relevant educational qualifications (certificate/diploma/degree or SPM/O-Level).

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Experience in Sales Admin or automotive industry is preferred but not required.
• Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: manage daily admin tasks, support sales team and customer queries.
• Inventory Management: monitor and control branch stock, keys, plates and related items.
• Documentation Support: collect, verify, and upload documents; handle cheque/bank transfers and receipts.
