Job summary

CARSOME Sdn Bhd is seeking a Branch Support Operations professional in Malaysia to provide retail administrative support from order to delivery. You will liaise with customers, banks, and internal teams, reporting to the Branch Operations team.

Key duties include performing Pre-Delivery Inspections, coordinating vehicle transfers, and ensuring accurate records with CarTracker and AppSheet. Travel to East Malaysia branches may be required.

Qualifications

• SPM/Diploma/Degree in any discipline; automotive education preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in the automotive industry.
• Valid driving license with a clean record; willingness to travel.
• Ability to interact with individuals at all levels and multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and update records.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound vehicle movements and transfers between branches.
• Manage vehicle readiness for test drives; perform post-test drive touch-ups as needed.
• Maintain accurate stock counts and vehicle records in CarTracker and AppSheet.
• Facilitate inter-branch handovers and coordinate with Logistics for transport.
