Job summary

CARSOME Sdn Bhd is seeking a Branch Support Admin in Batu Pahat to provide retail administrative support from order to delivery. You will liaise with customers, banks, and internal teams and coordinate vehicle handovers, inspections, and inter-branch transfers.

The role requires at least 2 years in automotive, valid driving license, and the ability to multitask and communicate across levels. Based in Batu Pahat, it offers permanent full-time employment and local logistics coordination.

Qualifications

• SPM/ Diploma/ Degree in any discipline.
• Automotive education preferred but not required.
• Minimum 2 years in the Automotive industry.
• Valid driving license with a clean record and willingness to travel.
• Ability to interact with people at all levels and multitask.
• Independent worker with team-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of JPJ or Puspakom procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide retail admin support to complete a customer journey from order to delivery.
• Coordinate vehicle handovers, inspections, and PDI activities.
• Prepare vehicles for test drives and post-test drive touch-ups.
• Coordinate inter-branch vehicle transfers with Logistics.
• Update CarTracker (C2B) before/after collections to prevent discrepancies.
• Update AppSheet and CMS transfer store requests; manage inbound/outbound movements.
• Tag keys by vehicle number plates for easy tracking and transport planning.
• Liaise with customers, banks/FIs, and internal stakeholders to complete processes.
