Job summary

CARSOME Sdn Bhd is seeking a Branch Support Operations professional to provide retail administrative support, ensuring a smooth customer journey from order to delivery. You will liaise with customers, banks and internal stakeholders, reporting to Branch Operations, Assistant Managers.

Your day-to-day includes vehicle handover, inspections, maintenance prep, and coordinating transfers. A valid license, 2 years in auto, and teamwork are essential for success at CARSOME.

Qualifications

• Qualification in SPM / Diploma / Degree (in any discipline).
• Automotive education is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in the automotive industry.
• A valid driving license with a clean record and willingness to travel.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Quality-first mentality for fleet standards.
• Familiarity with JPJ or Puspakom procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle handover and inspection.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI).
• Prepare vehicles for test drives and post-test drive touch-ups.
• Coordinate vehicle transfers and logistics across branches.
• Update records in CarTracker and related apps.
• Perform monthly stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Arrange transport from branches to yard and schedule handovers.
