Qualifications

• Certificate/ Diploma / Degree in any discipline, or SPM/O-Level with relevant experience.
• 1–2 years of sales admin experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good connections with financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external parties for insurance and ownership transfers.
• Support ground operations and maintain retail environment.
• Verify and upload vehicle documents into the system.
• Handle cheque processing and bank transfers.
• Manage receipts and petty cash; process car sales payments.
