Job summary

CARSOME Sdn Bhd, Southeast Asia’s leading used-car platform, is hiring a Branch Support Admin to streamline branch operations, handle document verification, and support the sales team with orders and deliveries.

You'll coordinate with external parties, manage payments and bank transfers, and maintain records using Google Drive, ensuring accurate and timely processing across the branch network.

Qualifications

• Preferably Certificate/ Diploma / Degree in any disciplines or SPM/ O-Level with relevant experience.
• At least 1-2 years working experience in Sales Admin in the automotive industry.
• Good in communication skills & teamwork
• Good connections with financial institutions

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Coordinate with external parties (e.g., insurance, ownership transfer).
• Inventory Management: Monitor key management and stock measurement.
