Job summary

CARSOME is Southeast Asia’s largest integrated car e-commerce platform, with operations across Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore.

We are seeking a Branch Support Admin to serve as a point of contact for customers on products, orders and deliveries while supporting the sales team.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in Sales Admin in the automotive industry and hold a Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree or SPM/O-Level, plus strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in Sales Admin in the automotive industry.
• Diploma/Certificate/ Degree or SPM/O-Level with relevant experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external parties for insurance and ownership transfers.
• Support ground operations and maintain retail and environment outlook.
• Update documents such as Master List and RC status.
• Liaise with authorities for ownership transfers.
• Handle payments, receipts, and bank transfers.
• Manage retail car keys and stock measurement.
• Prepare and upload dealer collection documents and vehicle documents.
