Job summary

CARSOME Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Branch Support Admin to join our team. You will act as the point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries, and provide essential support for the sales team.

This role covers administrative tasks, inventory management, and documentation support across HYBRID Chan Sow Lin location, with 1–2 years in automotive sales admin preferred and good communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Preferably Diploma or Degree, or SPM/O-Level with relevant experience.
• 1–2 years working experience in Sales Admin in automotive industry.
• Good communication skills and teamwork, with links to financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external parties (insurance, ownership transfer) and support ground operations.
• Maintain retail and environment outlook, update documents and order lists.
• Handle payment-related tasks, receipts, and bank transfers; manage petty cash and invoices.
