Job summary

Hong Leong Bank Berhad in Selangor is seeking a Customer Service Officer to deliver excellent service at the branch and contribute to cross-selling bank products. This role involves handling customer interactions, processing transactions, and maintaining cash balances with diligence.

You will support queue management and participate in weekend SST activities as needed, while contributing to the bank's digital transformation efforts and overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder or higher with relevant banking exposure.
• Experience handling customer interactions and cash.
• Knowledge of transaction processing and sales experience.
• Licensing: FIMM/UT license, PCE & TBE licenses

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service to branch customers and cross-sell bank products as applicable.
• Carry clear sales targets for specific products.
• Assist in managing branch queue time as per the Bank’s Service Level Agreement.
• Learn and use I-Pads/other devices for customer service/cross selling.
• Perform Meeter-Greeter/Navigator role on rotation and assist in calling customers for service/sales interactions.
