Job summary

• Learn and use I-Pads/devices for customer service and cross-selling.
• Perform Meeter-Greeter/Navigator role on rotation.
• Assist in calling customers for service/sales interactions.
• Occasionally meet customers outside branch for discussions.
• Support Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Maintain adequate staffing levels across the region.
