Hong Leong Bank in Malaysia is seeking a branch associate to deliver superior customer service, handle transactions, and actively cross-sell bank products. You will work on the front line, manage customer queries, and contribute to operational efficiency.

Role involves meeting sales targets, assisting in queue management, using tablets for service delivery, and supporting digital transformation initiatives. Diploma holders with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Competenze

• Diploma holder or higher in a related field.
• Related working experience in financial institutions or banking.
• Experience in customer interaction, cash handling and transaction processing.
• Sales experience and ability to meet targets.

Mansioni

• Provide superior service to branch customers and cross-sell bank products.
• Assist in managing branch queue time and service levels.
• Meet clear sales targets for specified products.
• Use I-Pads/other devices for customer service and cross-selling.
• Perform Meeter-Greeter/Navigator role on rotation.
• Support bank's Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, remittances and other products accurately.
• Maintain cash balancing and end-of-day procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional appearance.
• Attend trainings including e-learning/Smart-up.
