Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma holder in a relevant field.
• Related working experience in a financial institution is an advantage.
• Customer interaction, cash handling, transaction processing or sales experience.
• Basic banking knowledge and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to walk-in customers and contribute to CSAT scores.
• Carry targets for CASA and FD book growth and cross-sell products.
• Learn to use I-Pads/devices for customer service and cross selling.
• Be on standby during weekends for SST activities and perform relief duties when applicable.
• Represent the bank in community relationships and support branch managers.
