Qualifikationen

• Malaysian citizen
• Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant work experience are welcome to apply
• Experience related to working in a financial institution or related field
• Possess customer interaction / cash handling / transaction processing / sales experience
• Basic banking knowledge

Aufgaben

• Provide superior customer service to walk-in customers and contribute to CSAT and Mystery Shopping results
• Carry targets for product growth and account opening; cross selling of PL, Credit Cards, Portfolio Sales and funding
• Learn and use devices for customer service and cross selling
• Assist in calling customers for service / sales interactions
• Carry out transactions (deposits, withdrawals, remittances) accurately and timely
• Over-ride transactions per bank limits
• Maintain branch cash and end-of-day balancing (Chief Cashier)
• Comply with rotation guidelines to mitigate risk
• Observe Code of Conduct & Ethics
• Maintain confidentiality of customers and bank information
• Keep a clean, professional workspace and appearance
• Attend trainings including e-learning/Workday
• Filing of reports
• Assist in branch housekeeping and other duties as assigned
