Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is seeking a Branch Operations professional to deliver superb customer service to walk‑in clients while achieving product targets such as CASA and FD growth, and cross‑selling PL, credit cards and portfolio solutions.

You will handle deposits, withdrawals, remittances and other transactions accurately, balance cash at day end, and participate in required training to uphold the bank’s service and ethics standards.

Qualifications

• Customer interaction, cash handling and sales experience required.
• Basic banking knowledge and integrity emphasized.
• Excellent service mindset and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superb customer service to walk-in clients and work towards CSAT and Mystery Shopping targets.
• Carry targets for CASA and FD growth, account openings, and cross-sell of PL, CC, and portfolio solutions.
• Learn and use digital devices for service and cross-selling.
• Assist in contacting customers for service and sales interactions.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, remittances and other bank products with accuracy.
• Balance end-of-day cash and maintain branch operations per risk guidelines.
• Practice confidentiality and professional appearance; participate in trainings.
