Job summary

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant work experience are welcome to apply.
• Experience in a financial institution or related field.
• Customer interaction, cash handling, and transaction processing experience.
• Basic banking knowledge; high integrity and accountability.
• Excellent service mindset, communication and cross selling skills.
• Professional appearance and courtesy.
• Licensing: FIMM / UT license (optional); PCE & TBE license.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to walk-in customers and contribute to CSAT and Mystery Shopping results.
• Carry clear targets for CASA, FD growth, account openings and cross selling of products.
• Learn and use I-Pads/ devices for customer service and cross selling.
• Assist in calling customers for service and sales interactions.
• Carry out branch RCSA through sample checking and rectification.
• Accept and process deposits, withdrawals, remittances and other transactions accurately.
• Over-ride transactions as per bank limits and balance end-of-day cash.
• Comply with staff rotation guidelines and Code of Conduct & Ethics.
• Maintain confidentiality and keep a clean, organized work area; attend trainings.
