• Utilize devices for customer service and cross selling.
• Perform Meeter-Greeter/Navigator duties as needed.
• Support digital transformation and OTC transaction migration.
• Maintain staffing levels and comply with security and operational guidelines.
• Represent the branch professionally and maintain confidentiality.
