Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is hiring at our Shah Alam branch for a frontline Customer Service and Sales role. You will engage with walk-in customers for transactions and follow up with need-based discussions to offer suitable bank products.

The ideal candidate has a degree or diploma and experience in customer interaction, cash handling, and sales within a financial institution. You will contribute to service excellence, comply with SOPs, and participate in digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma holder.
• Experience in customer interaction and cash handling preferred.
• Experience in sales within financial services advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service to walk-in customers and support CSAT targets.
• Meet branch sales targets via cross-selling of CASA, FD, cards and other products.
• Use tablets or devices for customer service and sales.
• Process transactions accurately and balance cash at day end.
• Support digital initiatives and adhere to SOPs.
• Attend trainings and maintain professional appearance.
• Assist in branch housekeeping and filing of reports.
• Participate in staff rotations and weekend SST when required.
