Job summary

Hong Leong Bank in Malaysia is seeking a Branch Officer to deliver exceptional customer service, manage transactions, and support daily operations. You will handle cash, assist in product cross-selling and maintain compliance with bank SOPs while contributing to service excellence.

Responsibilities

Provide superior customer service to walk-in customers and contribute to CSAT targets.
Carry targets for CASA and FD Book growth and account opening, cross-sell products.
Learn and use devices (I-Pads) for customer service and cross-selling.
Perform Meeter-Greeter/Navigator duties on rotation.
Assist in calling customers for service or sales interactions.
Meet customers outside the branch for discussions when needed.
Support digital transformation initiatives within branch operations.
Maintain staffing levels across branches.
