Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• Experience in financial institutions or related field preferred.
• Customer interaction, cash handling, transaction processing or sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to walk-in customers and contribute to CSAT targets.
• Carry clear targets for products (CASA, FD, cross-sell PL, Credit Cards) and promote branch products.
• Learn and use devices (I-Pads) for service and cross selling.
• Perform meeter-greeter/navigation duties on rotational basis.
• Assist in calling customers for service/sales interactions.
• Support Digital Transformation initiatives and assist in branch operations risk control.
