Job summary

CARSOME is seeking an Executive, Branch Support Admin to support loan processing and customer inquiries at our Taiping branch. You will coordinate with lenders, verify documents, and assist with payments, receipts and admin tasks to keep operations smooth.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in Sales Admin within automotive, strong communication and teamwork, and a willingness to learn our finance workflow. Training provided, with a focus on accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and teamwork are essential.
• Preference for formal education as listed, with relevant experience in admin/sales support.

Responsibilities

• Administrative support: coordinate with external parties, update documents, manage receipts and invoicing.
• Inventory management: monitor key management and stock measurement.
• Documentation support: collect, verify and store documents, handle bank transfers and seller transactions.
